Bureau Veritas Certification adds UKAS accreditation for ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management Systems certification to its Enterprise Risk portfolio.

Bureau Veritas Certification (BVC) has achieved accreditation to international management systems standard ISO 37001:2016 from the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) through Bureau Veritas Certification Holding SAS, UK Branch. This independent recognition for Anti-Bribery Management Systems (ABMS) certification enhances the credibility of organizations certified by BVC.

ISO 37001 enables organizations, regardless of size or sector of activity, to put in place the planning, controls, and procedures to prevent, detect, manage risk and respond to bribery in their operations.  It also helps to ensure that partners, subcontractors, suppliers, agents and other intermediaries doing business on their behalf, operate with integrity. In countries where a compliance system is a legal requirement, an ISO 37001 ABMS can be used to demonstrate anti-bribery compliance.
