Bureau Veritas held a seminar to introduce ISO 17025 quality management system as RRA designated laboratory

Suwon-Si, Korea, 26 January, 2016 – Bureau Veritas has announced that its Wireless/Smartworld testing laboratory in Korea has been chosen by Korea's National Radio Research Agency (RRA) as their designated test laboratory to introduce their quality assurance system, and share best practices with other RRA designated laboratories as well as to help translate and impart their knowledge and experiences. A seminar was hosted in December, 2015. 

The aim of the seminar was to share Bureau Veritas' professional experiences with other Korea labs in order to assist them in understanding the Quality Assurance System of a leading global certification and testing organization. Moreover, the seminar provided with insights on how laboratories can equip themselves with a higher level of quality assurance management that will help those craft strategies to make their organizations more competitive.
   
National Radio Research Agency (RRA, web: www.rra.go.kr), is a government agency by the Government Organization Law, and a state-run research institute established pursuant to the Organization System of the MSIP and its Subordinated Agencies in Korea. Founded in 1966, RRA is designed to ensure efficient research of radio resources and radio wave environments, and conduct research on quality certification and technical criteria with regard to broadcasting and communications equipment, thereby contributing to developing of the nation's broadcasting and communications industry.
