AITrack has built the industry’s largest LCA activity database, providing global coverage for hundreds of thousands of industrial, energy, and agricultural unit processes—not just emission factors. 
What makes our database different? Our LCA data includes complete inventories of inputs and outputs, tracking the materials, energy, and resources consumed, plus the emissions, waste, and products generated. Using custom LCA models rather than aggregated processes or emission factors, we reveal the root causes of emissions.

The majority of our database comprises proprietary LCA models developed over the years for application in our engagements with industry-leading companies, ensuring real-world relevance. 

We have developed and maintained our datasets using over 300 sources and repositories of primary and secondary data, including:

• Publicly available manufacturer data (e.g., material declarations and production locations)
• Publicly available product specifications (e.g., dimensions, energy demand, materials, or packaging)
• Datasets developed by NGOs, governments, and research groups
• Third-party life cycle inventory (LCI) datasets

• Data collection and processing: We collect primary data from clients and their suppliers in various formats via API integration or file upload, and seamlessly ingest it into our system. Our structured process and automated data pipeline ensure repeatable, scalable workflows across all components, products, and systems.
• LCA activity mapping and modeling: AITrack uses generative AI-enhanced tools, with experts in the loop, to efficiently match client data with our LCA activity database. Our system then develops custom inventories for extensive product portfolios tailored to specific materials, technologies, and production regions—delivering product-level LCA at scale. Where needed, our LCA experts rapidly create and integrate new activity models into custom inventories.
• Audit-ready reporting: AITrack delivers interactive dashboards and custom reports tailored to diverse stakeholder needs. Users can explore corporate and product-level impacts, drill down to specific components, activities, or facilities, evaluate alternative scenarios, and configure mitigation interventions.
