In 2025, Bureau Veritas continued the execution of the LEAP | 28, its strategic roadmap designed to deliver a step change in growth and performance. In a rapidly shifting global environment, the LEAP | 28 strategy provides Bureau Veritas with the agility and scale to take full advantage of new opportunities as they arise. The Group continued to actively manage its portfolio through targeted acquisitions, realign its organization to unlock performance, develop a strong leadership framework to empower teams to seize the opportunities ahead, and advance sustainability leadership across its operations and services.

Reflecting on 2025, I am proud of what Bureau Veritas has delivered this passing year. The strength of our expertise, the depth of our global footprint, and the resilience of our teams have again been critical to our performance in a year shaped by accelerating transformation and heightened complexity across our markets.
Looking ahead to 2026, we are entering the third year of our strategy with strong market fundamentals and a clear LEAP I 28 Roadmap. The achievements of 2025 provide a solid foundation for a further impact as we continue our journey toward our 2028 ambitions of a step change in growth and returns.

FOCUSED PORTFOLIO

We are strengthening our leadership and building tomorrow's growth engines.
In 2025, Bureau Veritas reinforced its market leadership through targeted acquisitions (Contec AQS in Italy, London Building Control in the UK), while expanding in high-growth sectors such as Transition Services (EcoPlus), Power & Utilities (Hinneburg), Renewables (Sólida), Cybersecurity (ICFR) and Technology, and optimizing value and impact in mature markets, with acquisitions of Lab System (Brazil) and GeoAssay (Chile).

PERFORMANCE LED EXECUTION 

We are creating a more integrated and efficient organization. 
Bureau Veritas accelerated LEAP | 28 by simplifying its organization with a regional structure streamlined from 6 to 4 regions and product lines reorganized into 3 business platforms, strengthening governance and expanding digital capabilities, with 40,000 of our employees already using our IA solution Jules, including 10,000 of them being regular users.

People remain at the heart of LEAP | 28, with continued investment in leadership and talent development. We deployed across the Group our New Leadership Framework, focused on anticipating the future, engaging teams and delivering with purpose.

Sustainability continues to drive growth as Bureau Veritas helps organizations address climate, environmental and societal challenges. It shapes the way we operate, with significant milestones achieved in 2025 : our Climate Action Plan is now fully aligned with SBTi commitments, a trajectory recognized with the inclusion of Bureau Veritas within the CDP A List for climate reporting.
