Bureau Veritas acquires Primary Integration Solutions in the United States and expands Building & Infrastructure service offering to data centers.
Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, November 2, 2017 – Bureau Veritas has acquired Primary Integration Solutions, Inc. (“PI”), a U.S. leader in building commissioning and operational risk management services for data center facilities.
Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Virginia, PI is the leading provider of data center building commissioning and operational risk management services in the United States. PI provides a full suite of services, spanning the entire data center lifecycle, from pre-commissioning through facility operation. Present in six locations in the U.S. as well as in Europe, PI serves e-commerce and high-tech world leaders. The company employs 117 people and generated revenue of around
€20 million in 2016.
PI expands Bureau Veritas’ capabilities in construction services to include commissioning of data center infrastructure, a market that continues to expand as consumer demand for data grows at a rapid pace and safe and secure storage of data continues to be a critical global need.
