Bureau Veritas to participate in the 2017 Bursa Bull Charge in Malaysia

Sep. 12 2017

Malaysia (September 12, 2017) - Bureau Veritas Malaysia will be participating in the annual Bursa Bull Charge on the 14 September 2017. Last year more than 2,000 runners attended the event, raising money for charities whose causes include economic sustainability among disadvantaged communities, support for entrepreneurs and the improvement of financial literacy. The course takes runners through the Central Business District that passes the headquarters of many capital market players.

Bureau Veritas will also be providing Bursa with a comprehensive report on their expected carbon rating for the event. When all carbon emissions are calculated, we will be making recommendations for Bursa on what options can be done to offset the carbon emissions to achieve carbon neutral status.

The Building & Infrastructure team within Bureau Veritas Malaysia will be represented by 7 employees:

  1. Rakesh Kumar (Running for CEO Run, 1.5 km)
  2. Bernard Sagaiyaraj, B&I Team
  3. Rubern Chandran, B&I Team

  5. Eunice Chong (Running for 5km run), B&I Team
  6. Sherlina Kaur (Running for 5km run), B&I Team
