Malaysian Association of Hotels (MAH) has appointed Bureau Veritas to deploy their “Clean & Safe Malaysia” Program
The Malaysian Association of Hotels (MAH) and Bureau Veritas have signed an agreement to deploy the “Clean & Safe Malaysia” Hygiene Excellence and Safety Label, designed to support the operational restart activities of the hospitality industry. MAH has over 1,000 hotel members spread across 13 states.
The “Clean & Safe Malaysia” program is supported by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts & Culture of Malaysia. It will be offered to all MAH member and non-member hotels across Malaysia through field audits. This program will ensure that appropriate health, safety and hygiene procedures and processes are in place and in line with globally recognized best practices and recommendations related to preventive measures for a safer business restart after lockdown period.
