Santiago Arias Duval has served as Executive Vice-President, Americas since joining Bureau Veritas in 2025. He is responsible for leading the Group’s product lines and regional business across the Americas.

Prior to joining Bureau Veritas, Santiago developed deep rooted Entrepreneurial, General Management and Industrial experience at Ingersoll Rand, Danaher, Coolify and General Motors.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Vincent Bourdil has served as Executive Vice-President, Europe since 2025. He is responsible for driving growth across Bureau Veritas' product lines in the region, in close engagement with key customers.

Since joining Bureau Veritas in 2015, Vincent has held several senior leadership positions across Southeast Asia and the Pacific, driving performance in Commodities, Industry & Facilities and Food Services. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice-President, Global Business Lines & Performance.

Prior to Bureau Veritas, Vincent built a diverse expertise across a host of industries in Finance, Operations and General Management at Rayonnance Technologies, Lush, and Eurofins.

He holds a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, and International Management from HEC Paris.

Marios Broustas has served as Executive Vice-President, Corporate Development since joining Bureau Veritas in July 2026. He is responsible for driving M&A of the Group and providing strategic support.

Prior to joining Bureau Veritas, Marios built extensive experience in leading investment banks and corporate strategy. He was previously Managing Director at Rothschild & Co and Goldman Sachs & Co and held a senior strategy and M&A role at Firmenich International.

François Chabas has served as Executive Vice-President, Group Chief Financial Officer since 2018. He is responsible for the Group’s global financial operations. 

Since joining Bureau Veritas in 2003, François has held several finance and general management positions of increasing responsibility across the Group. 

Prior to joining Bureau Veritas, François developed strong finance expertise through positions at Ernst & Young. He holds a Master’s degree in Management from HEC Paris and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Paris-Sorbonne University.

Catherine Chen has served as Executive Vice-President, Consumer Products Services since 2020. She is responsible for driving the Group’s global Consumer Products Services business. 

Since joining Bureau Veritas in 2005, Catherine has held various sales, marketing and operational leadership positions across industries and regions. Most recently, she served as President, Consumer Products and Services. 

Prior to joining Bureau Veritas, Catherine developed extensive experience in the TIC industry, with expertise in Marketing, Business Development and General Management skills at TÜV SÜD and SLG Testing and Certification Co. 

She holds a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Western Sydney University.

Matthieu Gondallier de Tugny has served as Executive Vice-President, Industrials and Commodities since 2025. He is responsible for leading the evolution of the Industrials and Commodities Product Line, which includes Industry, Commodities, Fuels, Marine and Offshore. 

Since joining Bureau Veritas in 1994, Matthieu has held various technical, operational and regional leadership positions across the Group Most recently, he  served as Executive Vice-President, Marine & Offshore.

Philipp Karmires has served as Executive Vice-President, Chief Digital & Information Officer since 2024. He is responsible for enabling performance, transformation and innovation through technology across the Group globally. 

Prior to joining Bureau Veritas, Philipp developed broad technology experience across digital, business development and industrial environments at Linde, Google, Hewlett Packard Autonomy, and also served in the Bundeswehr.

Laurent Louail has served as Senior Advisor to Hinda Gharbi since 2026. He advises the Executive Community on strategic priorities and Group performance. 

Since joining Bureau Veritas in 1995, Laurent has held  multiple senior leadership positions across the Group. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice-President, Global Business Lines & Chief Performance Officer.

Maria Lorente Fraguas has served as Executive Vice-President, Chief People Officer at Bureau Veritas since 2024. She is responsible for driving organizational transformation, strategic skills development and the implementation of new ways of working through technology augmentation.

Prior to joining Bureau Veritas, Maria served as Chief Human Resources Officer & CSR at Nexans, following 21 years at SLB in progressively senior roles across operations and HR leadership. With 25 years of international experience across eight countries, she brings a unique blend of technical expertise and people leadership.

Khurram Majeed has served as Chief Commercial Officer, Bureau Veritas Group, and Executive Vice-President, Middle East, Caspian & Africa since 2026. Since joining Bureau Veritas in 2024, he has led the product line and regional business across the Middle East, Caspian and Africa. In 2026, he became responsible for driving global sales growth and marketing. 

Prior to joining Bureau Veritas, Khurram built deep expertise in General Management, Sales Leadership and Commercial Operations at Johnson Controls, Baker Hughes, General Electric, Emerson Process Management and Engro Corp. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore.

Béatrice Place-Faget has served as Executive Vice-President, Legal & Internal Audit since 2020. She is responsible for legal affairs, governance and internal audit for the Group.

Prior to joining Bureau Veritas, Béatrice developed strategic legal leadership experience at Technicolor, SCOR, Atalian Servest, CGG, Cerestar, Eridania Beghin Say and France Telecom.

She holds a Master of Law from Georgetown Law Center and a Diplôme d'Études Approfondies in English and North American Affairs from the University of Paris.

Marc Roussel has served as Executive Vice-President, Urbanization & Assurance since 2025. He is responsible for driving the Urbanization Assurance product line, which includes Buildings & Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Certification & Transition Services and Government Services.

Since joining Bureau Veritas in 2015, Marc has held multiple leadership positions across Regions and Product Lines. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice-President, France.

Prior to joining Bureau Veritas, Marc gained strong international business experience in Operations, Projects and General Management at United Technologies Corporation Building & Industrial Systems, Otis Elevator Company and GTM Bâtiment.

Noor Sait has served as Chief Performance Officer since 2026. He is responsible for driving performance across the Group.

Since joining Bureau Veritas in 2025, Noor has served as Vice-President, Industry – Middle East, Caspian and Africa. 

Prior to joining Bureau Veritas, Noor developed strong experience in Operations Management and Product Development at SLB.

Surachet Tanwongsval has served as Executive Vice-President, Asia Pacific since 2024. He is responsible for leading product line and regional operations across the Asia Pacific region.

Prior to joining Bureau Veritas, Surachet gained deep operational and strategic expertise across General Management, Industries and Consulting at Ecolab, Henkel, the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore, McKinsey & Company and SLB.

He holds a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Chulalongkorn University.
