Bureau Veritas partners with ZheJiang FangYuan to provide CCC solutions for low-voltage products

Shanghai China, 17 November, 2015 - Bureau Veritas’ LCIE China has entered into a strategic partnership with ZheJiang FangYuan Electrical Equipment Testing Co., Ltd (“Zhejiang Fangyuan”) to provide solutions for China Compulsory Certification (CCC) for low-voltage switchgear and controlgear (IEC 60947 series) with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

Located in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, Zhejiang Fangyuan is a CNAS, CMA, and CAL accredited testing and certification laboratory for industrial electronics and low-voltage electrical products. Through this strategic collaboration, Zhejiang Fangyuan is now an IECEE CB Scheme Test Lab (CBTL) under Bureau Veritas’ scope. Global brands can benefit from this collaboration through not only shortening the cost and certification time for China market access, but also through utilizing this test platform in support of their R&D efforts. Low-voltage product manufacturers / traders in China will also benefit from an expanded scope of services available covering not only their local market access requirements, but also support in accessing international market.
