The digital transformation is reshaping every industry we serve, as well as our own sector of Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC). Today, our clients have new types of risk and performance needs. What’s more, this revolution is creating major disruption in the way we deliver our services.
One strategy, two objectives
We are meeting these digital challenges and opportunities with an ambitious yet pragmatic strategy. We aim to support our clients’ digital moves, while providing more added value – and to also improve our own operational excellence.
Customers: an enhanced experience & new services
For our clients, we provide:
- A seamless digital customer experience. For this, we offer platforms such as QuikTrak, the largest qualified inspector marketplace and LEAD, for the digital sales and delivery of certification audits, training and tools.
- New tech-enabled TIC services. These harness cutting-edge technologies such as IoT, robotics and analytics to transform the way we deliver our services. They enable us to reduce risks for our clients, and be more proactive and predictive in our response. To deliver these services, we are joining forces with strategic digital partners.
- New TIC services for digital products. These cover business models and devices developed by our clients: industry 4.0, car driver assistance aids, smart devices, wearables, and systems for intelligent buildings. They address new challenges like cybersecurity, cyber safety and privacy management.
Bureau Veritas: improved efficiency
At its heart, this transformation is about bringing digital technology to our workforce and processes to improve our efficiency. It is about being ready for the truly digital age. For us, it means creating new solutions for our clients like VeriEye, which provides remote inspections, and SDA for partly automating the decision making related to lab results.
